ADRC - Grounded Cafe Specialist (15 hr morning baker)

The part-time LTE Grounded Cafe Specialist role is a vital position that supports the operations of the Grounded Cafe and the Grounded On the Go mobile food truck. This role is designed for individuals passionate about food service, community engagement, and outreach. The Specialist’s key responsibilities include assisting with food preparation and service, ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations, managing cash handling tasks, and supporting outreach efforts to promote the cafe’s programs. Working primarily during early morning hours from 5 to 8 AM on weekdays, the position offers an opportunity to be part of a program that not only serves nutritious and fresh food but also acts as an advocate for broader agency goals.

This role requires a professional who can maintain high standards for food safety and quality, communicate effectively with customers to explain the products and programs, and support volunteers who assist in cafe or food truck activities.
