The Adorn Bar & Restaurant Server role is a crucial part of the Adorn team, carrying the responsibility of providing outstanding dining experiences to guests. This position requires individuals who possess a high level of attention to detail, work ethic, and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Servers are the primary contact for guests dining, entrusted with welcoming, serving food and beverage, suggestive selling, describing dishes, and recommending beverage pairings. Anticipating guest needs and ensuring overall satisfaction are central to this role, along with maintaining a clean work environment and setting the stage for the team’s success.
