This dynamic role suits flexible individuals willing to work various shifts including weekends, holidays, and special events.

At LEGOLAND Discovery Center New Jersey, the mission goes beyond entertainment. The organization is devoted to inclusivity and diversity, valuing every employee’s unique background and perspective. They actively promote equal employment opportunities regardless of race, gender, age, disability, or sexual orientation. Candidates will embrace the company’s strong commitment to children’s rights and wellbeing, aligning with the core values that inspire all parts of the business.

Joining this team offers more than a job; it’s a chance to build a rewarding career in the leisure and entertainment industry. Employees receive comprehensive benefits such as health coverage, paid time off, tuition assistance, and 401(k) retirement plans. With growth and development opportunities, recognition programs, and exclusive Merlin Magic Pass access, the role supports both personal and professional advancement while fostering a workplace where fun and safety go hand in hand.
