This full-time, day-shift position is based in Avilla, Indiana, at Sacred Heart Village within the Office Operations department. The role offers an annual salary range from $42,112.27 to $56,982.79. The incumbent will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting qualified residents in order to maintain facility capacity. This will involve marketing the facility to hospitals, home care providers, hospice agencies, and the wider community to attract appropriate resident referrals. The position requires coordination of all aspects of admissions and discharges, including managing tour requests and addressing inquiries from prospective residents and their families.

Additional responsibilities include assessing resident information for proper placement and maintaining up-to-date facility census data and statistics. The role also involves assisting with daily facility operations such as hiring, scheduling, assigning work, and monitoring staff performance. Another critical aspect is to evaluate and improve the quality of services to ensure customer satisfaction for residents, families, and partners. The ideal candidate will contribute to fostering an environment that supports the dignity and well-being of residents while optimizing facility functionality.

The position requires a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, or one year of relevant, cumulative job-specific experience. Alternatively, applicable professional licensure or certification can substitute for the education or experience requirement, if applicable.
