Job Description

The Service Center is a pivotal part of our logistics operations, dedicated to providing exceptional support and service to our customers. Our establishment specializes in managing freight and shipment logistics, ensuring seamless coordination between various dispatch offices and addressing customer needs efficiently. As a key operator within the service center, we focus on maintaining high standards for handling inquiries, processing paperwork, and managing freight-related issues such as coverages, shortages, damages, and claims. The role of Service Center Clerk is integral to our operations, serving as the frontline responder for customer inquiries and support related to freight logistics. This position requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who can effectively process paperwork, answer questions about rate quotes and appointments, and collaborate extensively with both central and local dispatch offices. The clerk plays a crucial role in managing load schedules and ensuring that data entry, including the keying of bills from manifests, is accurate and timely. Job Requirements

  • U.S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S.
  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • high school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Review invoices
