Job Requirements

  • Availability Monday through Friday
  • possess a professional and welcoming personality
  • knowledge of Microsoft Office and G Suite programs
  • accurate data entry skills
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • extremely organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet strict deadlines
  • able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing culture and environment
  • ability to interact with management and staff at all levels
  • ability to interact with advertisers and the general public
  • ability to operate a multi-line telephone system
  • able to work with clients, management, and staff at all levels
  • possess excellent analytical problem-solving skills
  • must be a self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision
  • high school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • welcome visitors and clients
  • maintain office supply inventory
  • handle prize distribution and winner interfacing
  • invoice and various document mailings
  • daily mail sorting
  • attend sales meetings where applicable
  • sales reporting
  • sales data management
  • appointment scheduling for the sales team
  • handle Account Executive requests within Wide Orbit or VCreative
  • perform miscellaneous office duties assigned by management
