We are currently seeking a professional and energetic Part-Time Sales Assistant/Receptionist to join our team in Lincoln, Nebraska. This on-site role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoys supporting multiple departments while ensuring smooth daily operations. The position offers the chance to be at the heart of company interactions, providing essential administrative support across business, sales, and administrative teams. In addition to administrative duties, the Sales Assistant/Receptionist serves as a friendly first point of contact for visitors and callers, embodying the company’s welcoming and professional spirit.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously. They must excel in communicating effectively across different teams and stakeholders while maintaining a poised and professional demeanor. Responsibilities include managing incoming calls, welcoming visitors, maintaining office supplies, interfacing with prize winners, distributing invoices and mail, scheduling appointments for the sales team, managing sales data and reporting, and supporting Account Executive requests using software such as Wide Orbit or VCreative. Flexibility is important, as the role requires availability Monday through Friday and the willingness to cover additional shifts as needed.

Job Duties

  • Answer incoming phone calls
