Job Requirements
- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required
- Meet qualification, eligibility, and background requirements for this position
- One-year probationary period may be required
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check
- Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered or exempt from Selective Service
- Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks including a Tier 1 background investigation

- Must possess relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and abilities related to this position

Job Duties
- Serves as the principal office administrative support assistant operating independently of any other such position in the office
- Provides support and assistance to supervisor and subordinate staff by performing varied general office duties auxiliary to the work of the organization
- Maintains records of leave and attendance requisitioning office supplies, receiving and controlling incoming correspondence, reviewing outgoing correspondence, reports, for format, grammar, and punctuation, and removing typographical errors
- Makes extensive travel arrangements
- Makes complete arrangements for large conferences
- Locates and assembles information for various reports, briefings, conferences
- Plans and arranges the maintenance and preparation of information needed for budget reports
- Organizes the flow of clerical processes in the office and in subordinate offices
- Maintains suspense records to ensure commitments are completed as required
