The Administrative Specialist III - Home Health position at PeaceHealth is a full-time, day shift role, offering a salary range between $21.59 and $32.39 per hour, commensurate with experience, education, and other factors. This role is pivotal in supporting the Home Health division by providing diverse clerical and administrative assistance. The specialist will perform a broad array of tasks, including planning, organizing, and coordinating communications and presentations, managing spreadsheets, basic project management, and handling data and records. This position demands strong independent judgment to manage a variety of assignments with minimal supervision, and includes responsibilities like assisting with overflow work from administrative and executive assistants, and occasionally managing receptionist duties.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma preferred or equivalent
  • minimum of 3 years progressively responsible applicable experience in a professional office
  • preferred medical office experience
  • preferred formal business or secretarial training or experience
  • proficiency in Windows PC applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • strong organizational and analytical skills
  • ability to manage multiple priorities and projects and show flexibility
  • ability to work with office equipment
  • basic accounting skills may be preferred
