The role of Administrative Office Manager at NeuroRestorative is essential to supporting this mission. This full-time salaried position offers a competitive annual salary range of $42,000 to $48,000 and includes a comprehensive benefits package featuring medical, dental, vision insurance, 401K with company match, life insurance, and more. The Office Manager will be based at NeuroRestorative’s facilities located in Woodland Hills and Chatsworth, California, working Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

As a supervisory and professional role within a large state or multi-state business unit, the Administrative Office Manager oversees the day-to-day administrative and support services across the office. This includes supervising Office Coordinators and other support staff, managing physical office spaces, coordinating clerical functions such as scheduling, communications, and data collection, and supporting various management teams in operations, quality improvement, human resources, and finance. The Office Manager ensures the maintenance of essential systems like licenses, leases, contracts, and databases while also organizing meetings and events for the management team.

Additionally, the Office Manager plays a key role in human resources activities, overseeing hiring, orientation, training, evaluation, discipline, and termination of administrative support employees. The role also includes ensuring employee safety compliance with workers’ compensation programs and OSHA standards. The manager handles local payroll processing and on-boarding and manages employee background check systems. In procurement, the Office Manager approves and orders supplies and equipment, manages budgetary spending, and handles vendor relations and accounts payable. They oversee travel and hotel arrangements as needed.

From an information technology standpoint, this position liaises with the IT department to assist with local troubleshooting and technology setup, managing inventory for computers and purchasing cards. This multi-faceted role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented leader who can balance supervisory responsibilities with practical office management functions, all while contributing to a supportive and efficient work environment that advances NeuroRestorative’s mission of empowering individuals to achieve greater independence and quality of life. Job Requirements

  • Associates degree in related field
  • 1-3 years of administrative and supervisory experience
