Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- high school diploma, GED, or ability to complete GED program within 6 months
- excellent computer / data entry skills needed
- 3+ years of experience in facility, workplace operations, hospitality, or security preferred
- customer service background preferred
- law enforcement or military experience a plus
- must be able to multitask and maintain composure in fast-paced work environment
- must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in calm and professional manner
- must have great attention to detail and the ability to remain alert throughout the duration of the shift
- must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation
- all candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation
- perform access control at security entrances / exits
- conduct patrols inside / outside the client's premises, potentially in various weather conditions and in different types of terrain
- frequent interactions with client employees and guests
- identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity
- provide detailed written reports
- work in a team environment to ensure site / organizational goals are achieved daily
- carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site
