The role of Administrative Escrow Assistant at Pioneer Title Agency is vital to the efficient operation of the escrow team, providing essential front office and administrative support while assisting in the processing of escrow transactions. In addition to clerical responsibilities, the Administrative Escrow Assistant plays an integral role in the preparation of transactions by receipting earnest money funds, entering critical data into systems, ordering title reports, and reviewing these reports for accuracy. Their oversight helps clear title report requirements and compile necessary documentation needed for closing and loan processing. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in administrative or escrow support roles preferred
  • strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to multitask and attend to details
  • dependable and cooperative work ethic
  • typing speed of 40 or more words per minute

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • strong oral and written communication skills
  • high level of organizational skills and attention to detail
  • strong computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • ability to type 40+ wpm
  • Spanish speaking is a plus

Job Duties

  • Answer incoming phone calls and greet customers upon their arrival to the office
  • provide updates and answer inquiries from sellers, buyers, agents, and lenders
  • maintain office calendar, including customer scheduling
  • procurement and stocking of supplies and ensuring general office upkeep
  • receive purchase contracts/escrow instructions and assist in the preparation of the transaction for closing by receipting earnest money funds, entering data, and ordering title reports
  • assist in preparing transactions for closing of escrow by reviewing title reports for accuracy, clearing title report requirements, and providing documentation for the completion of the transaction and loan processing
