Job Requirements

  • 2-5+ years of relevant experience in office support hospitality or workplace services
  • proven ability to work in a fast-paced service-oriented environment
  • demonstrated proactive and detail-oriented work ethic
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to multitask effectively and maintain quality
  • dependable and able to work independently
  • basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • ability to pass a background check
  • willingness to work in an in-person office setting

Job Qualifications

  • 2-5+ years in office support hospitality workplace services or a related field
  • experience in a fast-paced service-oriented environment
  • proactive and detail-oriented with a strong ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills professional approachable and responsive
  • able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining consistency and quality throughout the day
  • dependable and self-directed follows through without needing to be reminded
  • basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook Word Excel and comfort with workplace tools and systems
  • ability to pass a detailed background check

Job Duties

  • Welcome and escort guests to meeting spaces ensuring a seamless and professional arrival experience
  • serve as the primary point of contact for visitors throughout their time in the office
  • manage meeting room flow reset clean and restock spaces between meetings
  • support meeting logistics including light setup and cleanup for gatherings of all sizes
  • partner with administrative staff to ensure a smooth meeting experience end to end
  • keep all kitchens across office spaces fully stocked clean and organized daily
  • maintain storage areas and stockrooms in an orderly and accessible state
  • conduct routine grocery runs and restocking as needed
  • assist with lunch setup and cleanup for employee meals and catered meetings
  • manage all mail and packages including labeling and courier coordination
  • respond to day to day office needs with a proactive solutions oriented mindset
  • adapt fluidly to shifting priorities and support additional needs as they arise
