Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • One to two years previous secretarial experience
  • Basic keyboard skills with proficiency in use of personal computer
  • Good communications skills
  • Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • Availability to work weekend shifts Friday through Sunday

Job Duties

  • Provide multi-skilled secretarial and clerical support

  • Manage reception desk operations during weekend shifts
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments
  • Report to assigned supervisor as required
