This institution plays a vital role in shaping the futures of young learners while supporting the career growth and development of its staff.
At Mission Montessori, we believe that education is a collaborative effort that requires a supportive and empowered team of educators and administrative professionals. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for families and guests, ensuring a warm, attentive, and professional experience both in person and over the phone. You will be responsible for managing the central telephone system, processing mail, maintaining office organization, coordinating with vendors, and assisting in procuring and stocking office supplies.

You will demonstrate a compassionate and helpful demeanor, creating a welcoming environment for students and families alike. This position offers a unique opportunity for individuals who love working with children and wish to build a rewarding career in the educational sector. While previous experience in educational settings is advantageous, we also welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds including customer service, healthcare, and retail, who bring valuable skills and a passion for supporting children's growth.
The position offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $22.00 to $26.00, dependent on education and experience, along with benefits such as childcare tuition discounts, relocation options, comprehensive career development programs, and a supportive work environment that values employee well-being and advancement potential.
