The role available is designed for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who brings a passionate and entrepreneurial spirit to their work. The position involves a variety of office administrative duties and local logistical support within a fast-paced, dynamic live entertainment environment. Responsibilities will include welcoming guests, answering phones, sorting mail, and maintaining office supplies and common areas. The role requires conducting local errands between venues, offices, government bodies, and commercial establishments, as well as assisting in the planning and execution of employee events. Adherence to company operational policies, safety, and sanitation standards is crucial. The successful candidate must also possess comprehensive knowledge of all ongoing music, promotional, and special events. The role demands the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with professionalism and a positive demeanor, even in a sometimes loud and stressful environment. Job Duties

  • Assist with a variety of office administrative duties including but not limited to greeting guests, answering phones, distributing mail, ensuring that common areas are clear and stocked
  • Do local errands between venues, local offices, government offices and businesses
  • Support Office Manager with employee events
  • Perform opening, running, closing duties according to company policy
  • Maintain company safety and sanitation standards
  • Have knowledge of all music, promotional or special events
  • Have the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while remaining pleasant and professional at all times
