Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of front-desk, customer service, or administrative experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable learning booking software and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work full-time including occasional evenings and Saturdays
  • Friendly, polished, and customer-care focused
  • Highly reliable and punctual
  • Naturally collaborative and a true team player
  • Resourceful and proactive, anticipating the needs of patients and clinic operations
  • Calm and professional under pressure, with keen attention to detail

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of front-desk, customer service, or administrative experience

  • Our Administrative Assistant roles are designed for candidates seeking long-term growth within the administrative and operations side of the business and are not intended as a pathway into provider roles
  • The Luxe Room hires only experienced providers for esthetician and injector positions

Job Duties

  • Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
  • Manage check-out, payments, and patient paperwork
  • Answer phones, respond to emails/texts, and book appointments using our EMR system
  • Proactively optimize the daily schedule to maintain smooth clinic flow
  • Maintain a clean and inviting reception area and complete opening/closing duties
  • Develop a solid understanding of treatments and products (training provided) to educate patients and support sales when appropriate
  • Assist with light administrative projects and local marketing events as needed
