This opportunity is for a Front Desk Administrative / Receptionist position at The Luxe Room’s South Denver location. The role is integral to the smooth operation of the clinic and involves acting as the welcoming face for patients, managing administrative tasks, and supporting the team in providing exceptional patient care. As a Front Desk Administrative / Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting and checking in patients, managing payments and paperwork at checkout, and handling appointment scheduling through the clinic's electronic medical records (EMR) system. The role also requires effective communication skills for answering phones, responding to emails and texts, and supporting patients with treatment and product information, following comprehensive training provided by the clinic. A significant part of the role involves proactively optimizing daily schedules to maintain a smooth flow within the clinic, ensuring that patient visits are efficient and pleasant.
Additionally, the position includes responsibilities such as maintaining the reception area's cleanliness and overall clinic ambiance, completing opening and closing duties, and assisting with light administrative projects and local marketing events. Job Duties
