Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in office administration or reception
- familiarity with invoicing and basic accounting tasks
- ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organization
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency in standard office software
- ability to notarize documents or willingness to obtain notarization certification
- professional and welcoming demeanor
Job Qualifications
- Experience in office administration, reception, or a similar role

Job Duties
- Answer and route incoming calls
- greet visitors
- manage deliveries and incoming/outgoing mail
- enter invoices and assist with credit card reconciliation
- support basic accounting tasks with accuracy and timeliness
- order and maintain office supplies
- assist subcontractors with waivers and documentation
- keep files organized (digital and physical)
- maintain common areas (kitchen, conference rooms)
- support office events and general coordination
- provide admin support to leadership
- notarize documents as needed
