Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency in common office software and computer literacy
- ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- reliable and punctual with a professional demeanor
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- ability to work Monday to Friday with occasional weekends as needed
- must be able to commute to Fort Worth, TX
- ability to work in person
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role
- experience as a receptionist is a plus
- strong computer literacy with proficiency in office software applications
- excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer support and maintain a positive attitude
- strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing files and schedules
- ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- prior experience as a personal assistant is advantageous but not required
Job Duties
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- manage incoming calls ensuring proper phone etiquette while directing calls to the appropriate personnel
- maintain and organize electronic files ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible
- assist with customer inquiries and provide support to ensure a positive experience
- perform general office duties such as AR/AP data entry, electronic filing, and maintaining office/breakroom supplies
- collaborate with team members to support various administrative functions as required
- uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
