Job Duties

  • support director and members of the research team by working on various projects as requested and assigned
  • attend the front desk for check in, communications, and other tasks
  • answer phones and clinic appointment management, requiring interaction with both internal staff, patients and vendors
  • prepare patients charts
  • ensure exam rooms are ready and stocked throughout the day
  • request and manage medical records requests
  • place appointment reminders telephone calls
  • assist in event planning
  • prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
  • periodic pickup and delivery
  • site supplies, shopping/procurement
  • sorting and delivering mail
  • manage invoices and receipts as well as patients’ reimbursement
  • schedule maintenance as needed
  • other clerical duties as assigned
