Live Nation Entertainment is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for its US Concerts segment, a vital role responsible for managing employee scheduling, payroll processing, HR onboarding, invoicing, and general administrative oversight. This position is essential to ensuring smooth event operations by skillfully handling staffing logistics, maintaining detailed payroll records, and supporting a variety of administrative functions in strict adherence to Live Nation's payroll policies.
The Administrative Assistant will be instrumental in handling general office duties with excellence, showcasing superior organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail. They will independently prioritize and execute tasks to meet critical deadlines. Communication management is crucial in this role, requiring professional handling of incoming calls, emails, and text queries with prompt redirection to ensure efficient information flow within the office.
In addition, the role includes maintaining accurate records and logs, such as lost and found items and badge tracking, thereby supporting operational transparency. The Assistant will manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries proactively, ensuring each reaches its designated recipient timely. Oversight of office supplies and equipment encompasses inventory management, procurement coordination, and arranging maintenance or repairs, thereby guaranteeing uninterrupted workflow and a well-maintained office environment. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- One year plus of administrative experience
- Two to three years plus of work experience in a comparable role
- Ability to sit type walk and occasionally lift 25 lbs plus using proper lifting techniques
- Great attention to detail and ability to work against deadlines
- Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills
- Acute sense of judgment tact and diplomacy
