This full-time role is critical in supporting the office’s daily operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes across various departments. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including creating and posting job advertisements, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and managing travel arrangements. Additionally, the role involves overseeing utility and vendor services, maintaining company vehicle records, renewing vehicle registrations, and handling both internal communications and customer interactions. This position requires an individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines efficiently while demonstrating sound judgment and professionalism.
Candidates must possess an associate degree as a minimum educational requirement, with a bachelor’s degree preferred, reflecting the company's dedication to hiring qualified and capable staff. Experience in a professional environment and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word, is essential for success in this role. This position offers an hourly pay range of $22.00 to $24.00 and includes a comprehensive benefits package after a brief waiting period, which features medical, dental, vision, and life/AD&D insurance, long- and short-term disability insurance, health and dependent care flexible spending accounts, an employee assistance program, paid time off with sick leave and vacation days, paid holidays and bereavement leave, and a 401(k) plan with an employer match of up to 3% based on eligibility. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, requiring full-time on-site presence at the Seattle headquarters, with limited exceptions for legal accommodations.
