Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English
  • Ability to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Availability for rotating shifts
  • Ability to work part-time hours

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of computers including Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently

Job Duties

  • Greet visitors with a welcoming and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently
  • Assist the management team with administrative tasks
  • Provide excellent customer service to meet the needs of residents
  • Maintain a positive first impression for all entering the community
  • Handle scheduling and appointment coordination as needed
  • Maintain organized records and correspondence
