We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant - Receptionist to join our administrative team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless support for hospice leadership and clinical operations. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, records, and office workflows that are compliant with industry regulations and internal policies. This is a full-time, on-site position, offering a competitive wage range of $19-$23 per hour depending on experience. The successful candidate will work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.

The role demands high organizational skills, confidentiality, and a strong sense of teamwork. The Administrative Assistant will be instrumental in managing correspondence, maintaining administrative records, tracking physician orders, and handling Medicare/Medicaid documentation. Additionally, they will support patient record organization, manage office supplies, and assist in data entry and reporting activities vital to the smooth operation of the agency. Candidates with at least two years of administrative experience, preferably in home health or hospice settings, who possess strong typing and computer skills are highly encouraged to apply.
