Specializing in cancer care services, HOACNY operates Monday through Friday during day hours, offering convenient access through its three locations in East Syracuse, Syracuse, and Auburn. This role plays a crucial part in the smooth operation of radiation oncology services by performing administrative duties for radiation oncology physicians and other clinical team members. Depending on the assigned physician, the Medical Receptionist may travel between the Brittonfield and Camillus offices, providing seamless support that matches the physician's schedule and location. If the physician remains at one office, the Medical Receptionist will also stay at that location. This flexibility and willingness to travel as needed exemplifies the dynamic nature of the position.\n\nThe Medical Receptionist - Patient Navigator is responsible for managing patient interactions, administrative tasks, and ensuring efficient communication within the medical team.
