The role of Administrative Assistant at Hyatt Regency Orlando is critical in supporting the Banquets and Stewarding departments with their operational communication and administrative tasks. This position serves as a hub for managing effective verbal, written, and electronic exchanges with guests, internal teams, and various hotel departments, facilitating smooth event and operational workflows. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting payroll processing for the Banquets and Stewarding departments on a weekly basis. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, adeptness with computer systems—especially Microsoft Office applications—and a keen eye for detail along with excellent communication abilities. Job Requirements

  • prior experience in administrative or hospitality roles preferred
