The Operations Administrative Assistant role at Oxford Commons Hospitality Company is a vital position that offers significant support to both the operational and leadership teams. In this position, strong organizational skills and attention to detail are paramount, as the individual will coordinate schedules, arrange meetings, and facilitate communication between various internal teams and external partners. The role also involves handling travel plans and accommodations for the company's leadership, managing correspondence such as emails and phone calls, and drafting important documents and reports. Project coordination is another key aspect where the assistant will track deadlines and coordinate resources to support ongoing initiatives.

Further responsibilities include general administrative tasks such as processing expense reports, managing invoices, and overseeing office supply inventories. Job Duties

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and events including coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and managing travel arrangements and accommodations
  • greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and handle general inquiries to ensure efficient front desk operations
  • manage and prioritize emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of executives including drafting, proofreading, and responding to inquiries
  • support project management tasks including tracking deadlines, coordinating team members, and assisting with project and meeting materials
