The Administrative Assistant position, based in Wichita, KS, plays a crucial role in maintaining the smooth functioning of the company’s front office operations. Job Duties

  • Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner, offer beverages, and direct them to the appropriate location
  • answer and direct incoming phone calls, relay messages, and transfer calls and voicemails to the appropriate staff
  • assist with acquiring vehicle tags and processing vehicle title paperwork
  • receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, faxes, and deliveries
  • process, document, and coordinate outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery and compliance with carrier requirements
  • coordinate, order, and assist with the setup and clean up of catered meals and lunches for meetings, training sessions, and company events as needed
  • organize and coordinate office events and employee celebrations
