The role offered by Terex is pivotal as the first point of contact for external stakeholders, serving as an ambassador of the company's professional image. The successful candidate will be entrusted with ensuring an effective administrative service that supports seamless communication and operations within the company. This administrative position requires managing both internal and external interactions with utmost professionalism and efficiency, thus playing a crucial role in the company’s overall functioning.
Key responsibilities include handling all incoming and outgoing calls promptly and courteously, providing professional greetings and welcoming all visitors, dealers, customers, suppliers, and other members of the public visiting the site, and maintaining an accurate visitor database. The role also involves assisting in the management and execution of the Company Guest Visitor Program and managing the badging system for team members, vendors, and guests.
Other duties include preparing bookings and paperwork for courier services, managing outgoing and internal mail, maintaining office supplies and ensuring stock levels are adequate, organizing catering bookings, keeping the reception and general office areas tidy, and managing travel arrangements for team members and guests. The person in this role will also support administrative needs across Terex Advance and display flexibility to perform additional reasonable duties as required. The standard working schedule is from 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
Applicants should possess excellent computer literacy, especially knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office software. Experience in a busy office environment, preferably in a shared services setting, is highly valued. Strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, effective communication (both written and verbal), and a confident telephone manner are critical. Candidates should be self-motivated with high levels of efficiency, organization, and attention to detail. Discretion, initiative, and a strong customer service focus with the energy and drive to resolve problems effectively are also essential.

Job Duties
