The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of the community's daily administrative functions. Responsibilities include managing annual staff trainings, supporting reception and transportation scheduling, overseeing driver certifications, and maintaining essential databases. Job Duties
- Responsible for conducting and ensuring all annual staff trainings are completed
- support the management team with reception and transportation operations, including scheduling trips, managing driver certifications, and overseeing auto titles
- assist with clerical and front desk reception duties as needed
- maintain the MyLC database with resident and staff updates
- oversee clerical and front desk support staff
- assist with incoming calls and front desk traffic as needed
- supports the management team
- prepare reports and complete additional administrative tasks as needed
