This role is a full-time, onsite position based in the Fort Wayne, Indiana office, specifically supporting the Commercial Property Management team. The Administrative Assistant position is a vital part of Colliers’ operations, ensuring that the day-to-day administrative functions run smoothly and efficiently. As an essential support to building management staff, the role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for general office administration duties including answering phones, managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and handling office supplies. A key part of this role involves maintaining excellent records such as invoices and other documentation. Additionally, the position includes responsibilities in tenant relations, helping address inquiries and coordinating maintenance requests to support client satisfaction and operational excellence.
Beyond administrative tasks, the person in this role will contribute to a vibrant office culture by organizing social events and coordinating an events calendar to ensure smooth execution of all office activities. Supporting compliance with office policies and assisting with special projects reflect the dynamic nature of the position.
Colliers seeks an individual who is a team player with 1 to 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a commercial property or office environment.
