The role available is for an Administrative Assistant with an attractive salary range of $50,000 to $55,000 annually. This position plays a crucial part in supporting the day-to-day administrative and accounting operations. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for auditing commission reports for accuracy, uploading or manually entering commission reports, investigating and resolving account discrepancies, and promptly responding to customer inquiries. The person in this role will also assist with preparation for semiannual trade shows and provide onsite support during these events.

Additionally, this role involves oversight of the customer database, ensuring that all records are accurately maintained and up to date. Processing and maintaining invoicing are key aspects of the job, requiring attention to detail and organizational skills. The position also includes travel twice a year to conferences, reflecting the company’s emphasis on professional development and networking.
