- Minimum three years related receptionist or administrative experience
- Professional medical office experience preferred
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Three years related reception or administrative experience
- Professional medical office experience strongly preferred
- Retail sales experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality

- Proficient with computerized scheduling and point-of-sale systems
- Positive attitude and teamwork orientation
Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers with appointment check-in, scheduling and adjustments, product and membership recommendations, and transactions
- Promote and describe products and treatments available as well as membership options relevant to customer interests
- Obtain confidential medical history information
- Handle computerized processes including appointment scheduling, communications, recording transactions, and membership management
- Perform occasional cleaning and merchandising activities
- Maintain the coffee bar and provide counter service
- Assist providers with room setup or other activities
- Provide social media marketing content recommendations and trend analysis
- Retail using the POS system
- Accept client concerns and assist with problem resolution
