This opportunity is for a highly motivated Administrative Assistant to join the Sacramento office team in a regular, full-time, onsite position working five days per week. The role is foundational in keeping the office organized, operational, and welcoming. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, the Administrative Assistant will manage front desk operations, provide robust administrative support, and contribute to a positive office culture. The role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail as the assistant will be responsible for managing office supplies, coordinating calendars and meetings, preparing reports, and facilitating smooth communication among team members.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the administrative needs of the team, including proofreading technical documents for accuracy and corporate style adherence, entering and maintaining data in spreadsheets and CRM systems, and liaising with local vendors and printers. Additionally, this position involves coordinating team events that foster camaraderie and a positive workplace environment, such as lunch-and-learns and team lunches. The Administrative Assistant will ensure seamless office operations by handling errands, scheduling travel, and serving as a steady, reliable presence behind the scenes.

Job Requirements
- Associate degree in a related field
- At least two years of office experience in lieu of degree
Job Qualifications
- Associate degree in a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive positive attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience scheduling meetings coordinating logistics and taking notes
