Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- 1-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in property management, HOA support, or a customer service-driven environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with property management software is a plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
- Friendly, professional demeanor and a proactive team player
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's degree or higher preferred
- Familiarity with HOA operations, CC&Rs, and board processes is a strong plus
Job Duties
- Assist the CAM with managing communications, work orders, and vendor coordination across multiple HOA communities
- Respond to homeowner inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing timely and professional support
- Prepare and distribute meeting packets, violation letters, newsletters, and community notices
- Maintain association records, databases, and electronic files according to company standards and Florida statute requirements
- Track and update compliance violations, architectural requests, and maintenance reports
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for board meetings, including meeting minutes and follow-up action items
- Support invoice processing, budget preparation, and basic financial reporting tasks
