Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service or help desk preferred
  • Ability to work an 8-hour shift within flexible hours between 8am and 7pm
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent communication abilities including phone, email, text, and in-person
  • Proficiency with computer systems such as Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar
  • Must pass pre-employment drug test
  • Must be able to work in-person at Saint George, UT location
  • Ability to relocate to Saint George, UT before starting work

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service or help desk preferred
  • Familiarity with flooring or window coverings a plus
  • Strong computer skills with Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar
  • Ability to learn new software programs quickly
  • Excellent communication skills across various mediums
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Positive attitude and team player mindset

Job Duties

  • Coordinate flooring and window covering installation schedules between customers, sales team, and installers
  • Correspond with customers, sales associates, and flooring installers via phone, email, text, and in person
  • Process warranty claims related to flooring and window covering products
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Utilize computer programs including Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar, Paylocity, Discord, and NetSuite inventory system
  • Maintain a patient, friendly, and professional attitude in all communications
  • Work collaboratively within a team environment to ensure high customer satisfaction
