Job Requirements
- Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent
- Six months of clerical experience
- Extensive knowledge of office methods and equipment
- Graduation from business school preferred
- Valid Texas Driver's License required
- Ability to type from clear copy at the rate of 55 words per minute
- Ability to operate personal and mainframe computers for data entry, word processing and accounting
- Ability to learn new software and operating systems
- Ability to use standard office equipment including typewriter, 10-key calculator, multiple line telephone, copier, two-way radio, laminator, paper shredder and fax machines
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain cooperative work relationships
