Job Duties
- Welcomes visitors in person or on the telephone
- interacts with visitors, residents and staff in a joyful manner
- provides information to inquiries in support of marketing and sales efforts
- maintains employee and department directories
- operates company phone system to receive and connect calls
- maintains telecommunication system
- keeps reception area safe and clean
- performs related clerical work such as data entry, filing, sorting and distributing mail
- documents and communicates actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
- contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results
- checks bathrooms every 2 hours
- vacuums lobby and theatre daily
- enforces security procedures
- maintains hallways clean and free from clutter every 2 hours
- checks fax machine and distributes faxes
- may conduct preliminary screening of employment applicants
- attends and participates in meetings and trainings
- performs other duties as assigned
