- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of three years clerical or secretarial experience
- experience with multi-line telephone systems
- proficiency in MS Office applications
- bilingual in English and Spanish
- strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities

Job Duties
- respond promptly to telephone inquiries
- route calls and relay messages to Head Start center and administrative staff
- assist visitors in the reception area and direct them to conference center events
- support Assistant Director with timely completion of clerical tasks
- organize and manage assigned tasks to ensure efficient administrative operations
- maintain accurate records and files
- transcribe correspondence and manage word processing duties
