Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or related field
- Availability to work 24 hours per week, Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally with diverse community members
- Proficiency with computer booking systems
- Commitment to uphold a drug and smoke-free environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or community engagement
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to use booking and communication systems efficiently
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Serve as a communication link for residents, guests, and staff
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Support cultural and religious programming
- Coordinate community space bookings using the in-house booking system
- Assist with the Community Service Desk by receiving phone calls
- Greet visitors and residents
- Coordinate information and provide a friendly first impression
