The role of Administrative Director of Business Development, Physician Relations and Recruitment is critical to expanding the hospital's market presence and service offerings. This full-time, day-shift position focuses on identifying new business opportunities and service lines to enhance the hospital's growth and financial sustainability. The director collaborates closely with top administrators and executives to develop strategic marketing and operational plans aimed at increasing patient volumes and exploring innovative healthcare delivery models. A key aspect of this role is to oversee physician recruitment and strengthen relationships with medical staff to ensure alignment with the hospital’s goals. This includes management responsibilities for multiple physician practices under the hospital’s operational umbrella.

The ideal candidate for this position will bring more than five years of progressive management experience in healthcare, preferably with expertise in member or customer service, operations, network development, and marketing. A strong foundation in finance is advantageous, as the role requires analyzing financial, statistical, and economic data to predict risks and craft effective solutions. Educational qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a healthcare-related field, with a master’s degree being preferred.

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and time management skills are essential. The director must excel in supervising and evaluating staff performance while nurturing a collaborative and high-performing team. Knowledge of health insurance, managed care, and government programs adds value to the role. Job Requirements
