Job Description

Nightingale Home Healthcare is a reputable and rapidly growing healthcare service provider based in Las Vegas. Dedicated to delivering exceptional home healthcare services, the company specializes in offering professional nursing and medical care to patients within their homes. Nightingale Home Healthcare is committed to improving the quality of life for its clients by providing compassionate, patient-centered care that meets a wide range of medical and personal needs. The company prides itself on maintaining a professional and efficient administrative operation that supports healthcare providers and patients alike, ensuring smooth communication, accurate medical documentation, and timely response to healthcare orders and inquiries.

The role of Office Clerk/CNA at Nightingale Home Healthcare is essential in supporting the company's expanding operations. This position requires a versatile and skilled individual to manage a high volume of communications, including calls, faxes, medical orders, and emails, with professionalism and efficiency. The Office Clerk/CNA will be the frontline contact for many healthcare interactions, effectively triaging incoming communications and routing them appropriately to staff members. Additionally, this role involves handling various administrative tasks such as managing orders, scans, and medical records, which are critical for the continuity of care and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Beyond administrative duties, the Office Clerk/CNA is expected to assist with certified nursing assistant visits within the service area. This dual responsibility demands a candidate who is not only organized and detail-oriented but also compassionate and capable of delivering hands-on patient care when needed. The company values candidates with a strong background in healthcare office settings and a commitment to delivering high-quality support both administratively and in patient contact. The position is full-time, based in Las Vegas, and requires adherence to specific health and safety protocols, including COVID-19 vaccination or a valid exemption. A valid driver’s license and proof of automobile liability insurance are also required due to travel responsibilities within the service area. This opportunity offers a dynamic work environment where the successful candidate can contribute directly to patient care and organizational excellence.
