Job Requirements
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Experience in taking care of guests in a fast paced environment
- Flexible schedule availability
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Current food handlers card and RSB certified
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food and beverage service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of food safety and handling standards
Job Duties
- Receiving and serving food and drink orders from guests as well as accommodating special requests and needs
- Entering food and beverage orders accurately into the ordering system
- Providing menu item recommendations
- Informing kitchen staff of any food allergies or special dietary requirements
- Making sure that all orders are filled quickly and accurately and that all food is of high quality
- Providing attentive service to diners such as refilling drinks and checking their needs
- Addressing customer service issues promptly and referring them to management if necessary
