Job Duties

Provide friendly, courteous beverage preparation and service in accordance with established procedures
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of bar
Prepare mixes and garnishes
Stock all glassware, condiments, beer paper products and other necessary items needed for efficient operation
Adhere to all company, safety and department policies and procedures
Foster team work and provide excellent guest service
Anticipate guest needs to exceed guest expectations
