Job Description

Pinstripes is looking for a self-motivated and precise Activity Manager with excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills. The main role of the Activity Manager is to oversee and increase reservations, grow sales organically, handle guest communication, and lead marketing initiatives at Pinstripes.

Job Requirements

Schedule: Schedule may vary based on time of year and volume
Minimum 5 days, 45-50 hours per week
1 Weekend shift required
Holiday weekends may require additional weekend shifts (Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Santa Brunch, etc.)
Shifts will largely take place at the store level, with off-site responsibilities as well
Job Responsibilities: - Seek out opportunities to book reservations and build numbers
Double-check reservations for accuracy
Ensure Opentable and Tock reservations are synced daily
Respond to reservation requests and provide options for walk-ins
Communicate and coordinate with the Event Team
Take lead during Holiday Brunches and manage large party reservations
Coach Host Team on reservation system usage
Phones: - Answer all calls promptly and facilitate reservation bookings
Relay accurate information and address guest queries
Monitor phone call statistics
Coach Host Team on phone etiquette
Front Desk Operations: - Maintain a clean and organized Host Desk
Enhance guest experience and provide recommendations
Ensure smooth shift transitions and restroom cleanliness
Educate guests on promotions and venue offerings
Facilitate team communication and execution of tasks
Local Store Marketing: - Collaborate with LSM Director for event consistency
Manage LSM reservations and events
Engage with the community and drive guest visits
Collaborate with Operations and Marketing teams for LSM initiatives
Expectations: - Maintain high communication with Salaried Team members
Lead guest engagement and LSM initiatives
Be a role model for the Host Team
Expert in reservation systems
Professional and sharp image at all times.
