Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience working with senior adults or in a related care setting
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to plan and organize events
- capable of performing administrative duties
- reliable and able to work both independently and in a team
- valid driver’s license if transport duties are required
Job Qualifications

- prior experience in senior living activities or related fields preferred
- effective oral and written communication skills
- ability to motivate and positively influence elderly residents
- knowledge of the physical and emotional aspects of aging
- personable, enthusiastic, creative, and imaginative
Job Duties
- participates in creating a multi-faceted daily and monthly activities calendar
- assists the Activities Director in leading activities
- encourages and motivates residents to participate in programs and events
- helps provide opportunities for residents to engage in community projects
- handles designated administrative tasks such as posting calendars and maintaining sign-up sheets
- supports residents who lead activities to promote pride
- transports residents to various functions when applicable
