As a respected provider in senior living, Tenfold combines compassionate care with innovative programming geared toward enhancing quality of life. Our community not only supports residents in their daily lives but also cultivates a dynamic atmosphere where seniors can enjoy various events, adventures, and social opportunities that inspire joy and spontaneity.
This role as a driver at Tenfold Senior Living is more than just transportation; it is a vital service that links our residents with their communities and personal interests. The position is ideal for individuals seeking a meaningful career, working consistent daytime and early evening hours from Tuesday through Saturday, specifically from 8 am to 5 pm. The core responsibility is to deliver safe and reliable transportation services that empower residents to maintain their independence and mobility. This role requires a genuine respect for the autonomy of seniors, making it essential that the driver is compassionate, patient, and personable.
In addition to driving, the role involves assisting with the planning and execution of engaging events and adventures that contribute to the vibrant community atmosphere. Drivers at Tenfold actively encourage resident participation in these events, helping to generate enthusiasm and deepen connections within the community. Responsibilities also include conducting daily safety checks on transportation vehicles, maintaining proper safety documentation, and ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of the vehicles. The ability to track transportation schedules through our digital platform, Cubigo, is also a key component of this position.
Candidates who join Tenfold will be supporting a robust team dedicated to the welfare of seniors and will have opportunities for professional growth and development. The company places a strong emphasis on values such as curiosity, creativity, resilience, compassion, intention, and contribution, welcoming individuals who embody these qualities. Furthermore, Tenfold provides a safe work environment that complies with COVID-19 vaccination requirements or reasonable accommodations, ensuring the health and safety of all team members and residents.
Overall, this driver role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant positive impact in the lives of seniors, supporting their daily needs while helping to create a joyful and connected community.
