The position includes emergency preparedness, participating in fire and disaster drills, and acting swiftly during crises to assure resident safety.
Ideal candidates should have at least two years of college education in recreation, education, social work, behavioral sciences, or clinical services, alongside two years of relevant experience in social or recreational programs, preferably including one year in a supervisory capacity within a long-term care setting.
