Job Requirements
- bachelor’s degree preferred
- seven years relevant experience including leadership
- experience in events, sales or training
- strong creative and communication skills
- problem-solving ability
- multi-site environment experience
- proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and web applications
- project management capability
- knowledge of senior living compliance
- customer focus on older adults

- effective English communication
Job Qualifications
- bachelor’s degree in marketing, education, geriatrics or related field
- minimum seven years experience in a high energy public role
- at least three years leadership or supervisory experience
- experience in event or activities planning, sales or training
- demonstrated creative thinking and influence
- excellent verbal communication skills
- excellent written communication skills
- ability to solve complex problems with logic and creativity
- experience in multi-site environments
- advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office and web conferencing

- knowledge of senior living regulations and safety

Job Duties
