We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and creative Life Enrichment Activities Coordinator to join our Life Enrichment department. This role is vital in enhancing the overall well-being of our residents by assisting in the planning and implementation of diverse activities that address their physical, cognitive, social, and spiritual needs. The Life Enrichment Activities Coordinator will have the opportunity to work closely with a team to organize various events such as holiday celebrations, social gatherings, community outings, and exercise programs that foster a lively and connected community.
The position offers a casual status with an hourly wage starting at $19.89, with potential for increased pay based on experience. Hours are variable, and the coordinator will have the flexibility to pick up shifts and cover scheduling gaps as needed. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- genuine interest in working with elderly residents including those with Alzheimer’s and Dementia
- experience with social or recreational activities programs preferred
- ability to work variable hours and pick up shifts
- commitment to confidentiality
- ability to maintain patient and tactful composure

Job Duties
