Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in hotel or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible and long hours
- Physical ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally
- Ability to follow safety protocols
- Good communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
- Flexible and long hours sometimes required
- Experience in event planning, recreational programs, hospitality services preferred
- Heavy work - exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently and or 20 pounds of force consistently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
Job Duties
- Walk pool area and remove newspapers, trays, empty ash urns, remove trash and/or linens and note any areas that need immediate cleaning
- Practice safe work habits to ensure safety to guests, fellow employees and self
- Handle items for lost and found according to the hotel standards
- Report maintenance issues to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction
