We are currently seeking a dedicated Activities Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Activities Coordinator will play a pivotal role in planning, organizing, and leading a variety of programs designed for our guests. These programs will range from social gatherings and educational workshops to recreational activities aimed at engaging guests of all ages and interests. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating enjoyable experiences, possess excellent organizational skills, and be able to foster a friendly and inclusive atmosphere that encourages guest participation.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to the quality of guest services by ensuring that programs run smoothly and safely. The position requires someone attentive to detail, capable of performing physical tasks including occasional heavy lifting, and committed to maintaining a clean and safe environment around recreational areas such as the pool. The Activities Coordinator will be responsible not only for guest enjoyment but also for observing and reporting maintenance issues and upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and safety according to hotel policies.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in hotel or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible and long hours
- Physical ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally
- Ability to follow safety protocols
- Good communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
- Flexible and long hours sometimes required
- Experience in event planning, recreational programs, hospitality services preferred
- Heavy work - exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently and or 20 pounds of force consistently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
Job Duties
- Walk pool area and remove newspapers, trays, empty ash urns, remove trash and/or linens and note any areas that need immediate cleaning
- Practice safe work habits to ensure safety to guests, fellow employees and self
- Handle items for lost and found according to the hotel standards
- Report maintenance issues to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction
